Second Amendment Rights
The rights of Illinois’ law-abiding gun owners have been under assault by entrenched politicians and special interests determined to make it harder to take part in their Second Amendment Right. People should have the right to defend themselves and take part in shooting sports, without dealing with increasingly costly and complicated layers of bureaucratic red tape.
Gun owners are increasingly punished for the actions of criminals. We can effectively fight violent gun crimes without infringing on the rights of the people!
SB 1754: VOID THE FOID

Increase safety in public places by allowing individuals with
Concealed Carry licenses to be able to carry their firearms in rest
stops, public transportation, and public parks.
SB 3713: CORRECTIONS OFFICERS TO CARRY

themselves by allowing them to carry their own firearms while off
SB 4154: HOLDS CRIMINALS ACCOUNTABLE NOT GUNS
